At The Summit Law Firm, every mediation is conducted by a certified mediator. Mediators are neutral professionals who help disputing people and companies find equitable solutions that work for everyone involved. The mediator represents each party equally and each party is responsible for paying an equal portion of the mediator’s fee.

We specialize in international and domestic business disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, labor disputes, nonprofit disputes, and pet custody disputes mediation. Our certified mediators provide expert guidance on communication, negotiation, and problem-solving in order to support all parties as they craft a collaborative conclusion to their dispute.
- All mediation sessions are held remotely over Zoom unless otherwise noted.
- Mediations are held in Half Day mediation sessions or Whole Day mediation sessions.
- Half Day mediation is a 4 hour session.
- Whole Day mediations is an 8 hour session.
- Schedule a single mediation session or multiple mediation sessions depending on your needs.
- All parties pay the same mediation fee and all parties are equal clients of the mediator.
- Mediation session fees range from $400 to $1,600 on average . Exact fees are listed under each mediator.
